The Club’s fully-equipped fitness center is designed to help all members achieve their wellness goals and lead happier, healthier lives. The Fitness Center offers a wide selection of cardio machines and free weights that allow members to appreciate complete, full-body workouts no matter their fitness level or experience.  The Club also has certified instructors who offer personal fitness training, firming & toning, aerobics, and massage therapy services throughout the year.

The Fitness Center is open seven days a week and its hours of operation are:

Monday  - Friday from 6:30 AM until 8:00 PM

Saturday  & Sunday from 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM
