FCC Fitness Membership for unlimited classes: Per Month: $45 Single, $75 Family

Total Body Conditioning: Total body strength development with cardio intervals to give you a well-balanced strength and cardio workout. Modifications for all levels will be provided.

Mobility and Stability: Designed to improve flexibility and strength within and outside the joints, enhance posture through abdominal/torso strengthening and improve breathing techniques.

Core Strength and Flexibility: A total body functional fitness class with an emphasis on core stability. Every day movements are included to enhance your strength and flexibility in daily living. Designed for all fitness levels, and varying each week so you never do the same workout twice.

“Zumba and Cocktails”: Attend our Thursday evening dance party to relax, unwind, and burn off some steam with Zachia, certified Zumba and AFAA group fitness instructor. Enjoy a free beverage of your choice, courtesy of the FCC Fitness Program. Class will be held in the Clubhouse Studio located next to the great room.

Morning Sun Salutations:
Join Marina for a vinyasa power flow for all levels on the lawn near the river. We will meet in the parking lot next to the pool.

Pitaiyo: Combining the best of Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga to increase your balance, flexibility, functional strength, and mind-body awareness! PITAIYO Instructors lead students through a series of exercises, each of which can be performed at different intensity levels. PITAIYOclasses are pre-choreographed with a big splash of freestyle instruction. All levels welcome!

Tabata: A 30 minute, high intensity interval class combining functional strength, power, and cardio exercises.

Boot Camp: A combination of traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. Designed to “push” participants harder than they would push themselves.

Yoga: Restorative Hatha: Hatha yoga allows students to spend a longer period in each pose, reaching the full extent of each posture and remaining there for 5-10 breaths. Restorative Hatha will move through a series of isometric poses that allow the body to relax and unwind, relieve stress, and gain renewed energy.

Hot Yoga: Warm up, strengthen and stretch your entire body in a cozy 85-95 degree studio! All levels welcome.

Aqua Zumba: An invigorating, low-impact water exercise class. Also known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba dance fitness philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba classes blend it all together into a workout that's both cardio-conditioning and body-toning.

Barre Physique: a low impact class featuring postures from ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This class utilizes a ballet barre for stability and focuses on isometric strength training using high reps of small range of motion movements. The music is fun and motivational! Benefits of barre include improved balance, posture, and flexibility; as well as overall toning and reshaping of the body.
